3:  Merge onto PA-309 BR N/ PA-309 N/ WILKS BARRE TOWNSHIP BLVD.
4:  Turn LEFT onto BLACKMAN ST.  
5:  Turn RIGHT onto NEW FREDERICK ST.
6:  Turn RIGHT onto STANTON ST.  
7:  Turn LEFT onto S EMPIRE ST.  
8:  Turn LEFT onto MOYALLEN ST.  

 

  
1:  Merge onto I-81 S.  
2:  Take the PA-309 S exit- exit number 165- toward MOUNTAIN TOP/ WILKES-BARRE.  
3:  Take the PA-309 S ramp toward BLACKMAN ST.
