3:  Merge onto PA-309 BR N/ PA-309 N/ WILKS BARRE TOWNSHIP BLVD.
4:  Turn LEFT onto BLACKMAN ST.  
5:  Turn RIGHT onto NEW FREDERICK ST.
6:  Turn RIGHT onto STANTON ST.
